Best Survey Sites For Making Money
Sharing Is Caring! Review – Legit or Scam? Review

While I was expecting a survey panel that pays you to complete surveys I was surprised to see that there is more to National Consumer Panel then I originally expected.

While they do offer surveys, In fact there main focus is actually offering what is effectively a cashback opportunity where you can accumulate rewards through scanning barcodes ofexpected your shopping.

I'll explain more on how it works this as well as answering the main question on whether they are an opportunity that's worth your time or a site to avoid. Review Summary

What Are They: Survey Panel

Verdict: Legit

Worth It: No

What Is National Consumer Panel?

National consumer panel is a company operated by two market research organizations called Nielsen and IRs.

They are looking to collect data from consumers on a variety of different topics and brands.

Has I previously mentioned included in those opportunities is barcode scanning aswell as also surveys and product testing.

This works by going into shops, buying some items and then taking a picture of the barcodes.

You will then be awarded a certain amount of points for completing these tasks which can then be put towards a reward.

Getting Started

Getting started with national consumer panel isn't exactly straightforward as you have to apply to be allowed to participate.

Now it is possible to join however you will need to fill out a quick profile survey which will then be sent off and they will then get back to you to let you know if you're a good fit for the panel.

They don't except everyone but if you're profile and demographics meets the criteria and what they are looking for you might just have a chance at getting in.

If you happen to get accepted, national consumer panel will then send you a barcode scanner in the post.

This is different to other panels has this is free and will require you to scan your shopping after visiting the shops.

How Do You Start Making Money?

There are a few ways to make money including surveys, product testing and of course scanning barcodes.

When you're not shopping, completing surveys is another opportunity on the site to make a few extra points.

Once you've done your weekly shop you would then at the end of the week need to send off the data back to the panel.

The panel will then put points into your account and once you reach a balance of 8000 you can then request an reward.

It's unusual to find a site without its flaws however with this site there are only a few things that I picked up whilst reviewing them which I felt would be worth mentioning.

No cash option

If you are a regular of my reviews you'll probably know that I'm a huge fan of getting paid cash by specifically PayPal has it's so easy to receive.

It's a disappointment has you can only get paid via gift cards and while it's cool to receive them it's not money you can use.

Not only that, there are many people on interested in receiving vouchers such as Amazon and iTunes and would much rather get paid for their time.

Hard to get in

What's also frustrating is is the fact that you can't just sign up as they are quite picky with the people they accept into the panel.

The National Consumer Panel Positives and Negatives

The 'Good' Stuff

  • check
Relatively easy way to make money
  • check
    Compatible on mobile aswell
  • check
Reviews are highly regarded for the panel

The 'Not So Good' Stuff

  • close
    No cash option
  • close
Hard to get accepted into the panel
  • close
    You won't earn alot

The National Consumer Panel is a legitimate company and is rated highly with thier members.

What I like is the fact they offer a good opportunity to earn rewards from doing things you would do anyway.

The income potential is fairly limited however considering how much effort is required it's certainly worth giving a go.

When I first came across this site before it would've been mainly around surveys, so if you are looking to complete surveys this site probably won't be for you.

Instead why not check out these five high paying survey sites that I highly recommend going into 2018 for earning extra cash for completing simple tasks.
