So I'm guessing you have come across this review to find a little more about Survey Junkie and just what are they about. They may be another survey panel but are they a site to invest your time and effort in.
Is Survey Junkie a legit site to earn rewards online or are they a site to avoid, in this post ill be going through all you need to know about them.
What Are They? Site that pays you to complete surveys
Worth It?: No
Survey Junkie is pretty much your standard survey panel that rewards you to complete surveys online.
They are established and have over 4 million members signed on and have been around for a number of years now, this is normally a good sign of whether a survey site Is legit or now.
Signing up is straightforward and takes a few minutes to complete, you can sign up with Facebook or by using a google account or either just using your email address, its up to you.
Once thats done you will then need to complete a brief survey of 5 questions.
These are referred to as profile surveys and are used to give companies a better idea of your profile so they can send relevant opportunities your way.
At the end of the survey you will be told to create a password this along with your email is what you will use to sign in.
Once all the sign up process is over and done with you will be taken to the main dashboard where you will receive 25 points for free.
There are other little tasks you can complete to get the ball rolling such as verifying your email address and completing your profile.
Once you have signed up you can then start going through the surveys on offer, when I went through the process I was offered a survey that paid out 50 points.
You will probably be offered the same as this one is labelled 'my first survey'.
There isn't much more to do that apart from completing surveys, after you have done that first one which will take you 2/3 minutes all the other surveys will unlock and you can plough through what else is avialable to you.
Now one thing that is worth noticing is as you can tell you will be awarded in the form of points.
Luckily this one isn't confusing and works out at a point a cent. So this means If you get offered a survey with a payout of 50 points that is $0.50 if you complete it.
The one concern that I found is the opportunities available to you, when you start off you do get greeted with what seems like a lot of surveys however when I added up all the points of the ones I had it came up to 767.
This means that if I try each one and lets say I manage to qualify for all of them which is normally not the case I can make $7.67.
If you are no stranger to surveys you will know that completing surveys without getting disqualified somewhere down the line is unheard off.
In fact you will find that your being booted out of surveys more then you are completing them, this is due to market companies either reaching a certain quota of people or you just not being a good fit for the survey.
The cash out with Survey Junkie is $10, so if I complete all the surveys I won't be able to get a reward straightaway.
To add you can divide that $7.67 in 2 or 3 as more then likely you will only get into a hand full of the studies.
As I briefly touched upon you can receive a reward once you have a balance of $10, which is fairly reachable with the initial bonuses where you can earn $1 right away.
If you do make it to the minimum threshold you can choose between either a cash option of PayPal or instead various gift cards.
Whats a good aspect of the site is that rewards are instantly credited which is a big factor I consider when looking at survey sites.
With this one its good as you know that you can get your rewards without having to wait weeks for them to appear.
With most survey sites you will find complaints and with Survey Junkie that is no different. There are a few things I noticed while conducting this review which I'll go over now.
The threshold is $10 which is too high considering there is only one way to make money which is through surveys. Unlike other sites that offer opportunities such as offers and a referral system which allows you to earn by referring friends, there aren't any others present.
So lets say you complete all the surveys and make $7.67, can you really live off that as a days pay? Probably now and even then you will probably make $2 most not that amount I mentioned above. Sure you could make some extra cash and maybe if you check In each day you will have a good build up of points by the end of the money.
But with that said the income potential is still too low and there are still far better sites that offer at least 4 or 5 different opportunities to make money online, take these top 5 best paying sites of 2018 out here.
Survey Junkie isn't a scam and is a legit survey panel to be trusted. The thing is while they are legit making money will still be tricky with the limited ways to make money.
Sure you can complete surveys however you will only earn so much as there aren't enough available.
When you sign up to a survey site you want to know at the very least you can withdraw your earnings easily however while the first payout will be easy getting multiple payments will be difficult.
Lots of people put surveys down as a rubbish way to make money online, however I disagree as not every site is a dissapointment and there are survey sites that pay well.
What do you think to Survey Junkie? Do you think there a good survey panel?
